O-Gauge modules complie with Hi-Railers design. N & HO are not modular. One HO layout along mountains fits over corner & adjacent straight O-Gauge modules providing some perspective. O-Gauge layout is 20' x 28'. Full operation at Packanack Lake Clubhouse once a year just prior to Thanksgiving.

Clubhouse is for multi-use by community. No permanent layout there. Train Club has annual show there once a year in November, weekend prior to Thanksgiving.
