Description
The Huron Valley Railroad is a proto-freelance layout based on the former Michigan Central from Detroit to Jackson. It is located in the historic Michigan Central depot in the village of Dexter, MI.
Schedule
Open House the first Wednesday of each month from 7:30 to 10:00 p.m. Visitors are welcome on other Wednesdays, but most likely we will not be operating, but working on the railroad.

Locomotives/Rolling Stock
Primarily 1st and 2nd generation diesel, we do occasionally run steam. Rolling stock is varied and fairly consistent with SE Michigan standards.
