Description
All aboard -- for a ride on the McKeesport Model Railroad Club's Mon-Yough Valley Railroad! Housed in a former union hall in McKeesport's Christy Park neighborhood, the 40-by-80 foot pike is a permanent installation open to the public and the product of more than a decade's work.
Founded in 1950, the club is a non-profit corporation chartered under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and has been in its current location since 1987.
The MYV is a fictional coal- and steel-hauling line that runs from Baltimore to Chicago, loosely along the path of the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad. The current club layout represents one portion of the MYV - the Western Pennsylvania Division - running roughly from near McKeesport to near Cumberland, Md.

The club meets every Tuesday and Friday evening from 7-11 p.m. Members may also be there on Wednesday evenings also.
